How It Works:

To submit a referral, send us the candidate’s current resume (in MS Word format) and your contact information using one of the following options:

Referral Program Rules:

• Anyone may submit a resume—except agents or sponsors of the candidate.
• You must submit the resume personally.
• You’ll receive confirmation once the resume is received.
• Resumes already in the UTEK Systems database will not be accepted.
• You’ll be notified when your referral starts employment.
• After a full-time referral completes 6 months of employment, OR
• After a part-time referral completes 1,000 hours (time may be cumulative).
• Bonus amounts are determined by UTEK Systems management. All decisions are final.
